By using the YoPlan application, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the service.
The YoPlan service is provided by Avott Unipessoal Lda, tax ID (NIF) 516498380, registered office at Rua dos Transitários n.º 121, r/c esq., 4455-565 Perafita, Porto, Portugal.
YoPlan is a digital platform that allows independent professionals to manage clients, services and bookings. The service includes:
- Client and contact management
- Service and pricing records
- Bookings and calendar
- Service history
- Optional Google Calendar integration
- Optional notifications with a summary of the next day's appointments
- Optional SMS reminders to clients the day before an appointment
- Other features provided in the application
To use the service, the user must create an account through secure authentication (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out on your account.
The user agrees to provide correct and up-to-date data when registering.
The user agrees to use the application in a lawful manner and in compliance with these terms. The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights
- Sharing or selling account access to unauthorised third parties
- Attempting to access other users' data without authorisation
- Disabling, overloading or compromising the service infrastructure
- Copying, modifying or distributing the application software or content without authorisation
The user is responsible for the data they enter in the application, including client data. You must ensure that you have an appropriate legal basis for processing this data and that you comply with applicable legislation (GDPR and other relevant regulations).
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.
The service is currently provided at no charge. Features, terms of use and any future paid plans may change, with reasonable advance notice when possible.
YoPlan's software, design, logos and content are protected by intellectual property rights. The user does not acquire any rights over these elements, except the limited right of use under the agreed terms.
YoPlan strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond the providers' control.
Features and interface may be changed or discontinued, with reasonable advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is"
- YoPlan shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages arising from the use of the service
The user may close the account at any time in the application settings. Closing the account deletes data stored in YoPlan. Events already copied to the user's Google Calendar are not removed automatically.
YoPlan may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons, with or without prior notice.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
